I was playing chess online against a random opponent who soon started swearing/abusing/insulting me once he lost the game. Clearly he was very immature, but he even sent me a threat by saying he has my computer IP address and he's going to find me in real life. Is it possible he can do this? Or was he just saying that to scare me.Is it possible he could do this?
He can't get your specific home address by using the IP address.

the ip is like a computer social code it shows a lot but i think the town is as far as it goes but im not a computer genius but hes just trying to scare you
