He one night-standed me on April Fools day, sent him email on Thursday and hasn't responded!!!?

I told the guy I slept with on April 1st that I am pregnant via email. Sent an email to his personal gmail and to his Navy email. He isn't on a ship, he's an analyst and does not go out to sea. I let him know I was pregnant and he hasn't responded to me!!! Not even a "thinking about things" ....NOTHING!



Anyway, I am confused at what decision to make. I'd at least like his point of view but I guess by him not answering his point of view is just that - does not care!



He told me how he wanted kids, marriage etc......and then after sex pretty much just let me drift away!



I am on birth control and I was falling in love with him and I trusted him.



I'm 33 with two kids and just got a divorce in 2006. I make good money but I am just not sure what I want to do as I've never been in this situation. This was the only guy I have been with since my husband and it's very confusing!!!



What would you do? Just curious........trying to figure this out.

I'd cut him loose for now , have my baby and send him some pics when they baby is born and allow him to see his child if he were to continue like this..

Then I would just save the emails and show them to my baby when he/she was older.. maybe

He doesnt care about you and the kid or he has not got the email. Have you tried to call or track him down ? I would ask him why. I just couldn't move on with out atleast speaking to him on the phone or face to face. Hopefully he isnt being a dirtbag dead beat. If all else fails, nail his testicles to the wall in child support. He's probably in total shock right now and thats why he hasn't responded. It takes 2 to tango so if you decide to keep the baby then he needs to take responsiblity for his actions. Try calling him instead of e-mail and set a time when you guys can meet and talk it out.

I would keep the baby no matter what. Maybe he'll surprise you and come around later on and actually be a great responsible dad. Or maybe he'll just buy baby the things that are needed and also kick in money to help pay for diapers and daycare. I'd let it be for now, please keep the baby and if the man comes around, he does.
