Can you recommend a good computer for my needs?

I am looking for a new desktop computer. At a minimum, I'd like 2.8GH with at least 4. GB of RAM. I play SIMS and chess occasionally, but it will mostly be used for my photography and eBay business. I use turbo lister, photoshop, kodak programs, and Yahoo Sitebuilder for 3 different sites.



I don't mind a refurbished model - in fact I prefer it if possible. The only machine I am dead set against is eMachine, since my laptop is an emachine and it is always having problems.

You don't need 2.8GHz with one of these. Seriously, who really knows the GHz speed they need? 2.8GHz in terms of what; Pentium series? Core series?Can you recommend a good computer for my needs?
