That's were you find refuge at. It's your own private world were your not judged or yelled at or have to clean your room. You need time to yourself and if the computer is your place then that's ok. I have a 12 year old that does the same thing, it fine. Some people like to take walks or go shopping or just watch TV. So your no different, you found what you like to do to get away from it all.

you just go through a little phase and you feel heartbroken and angry so you go to the computer hoping to lose your anger by playing around while your anger slowly goes away everyone does it now and then
You're 14. It's an estrogen storm. It will pass. Do make an effort, though, to work things out with the people around you. You don't want to become a loner, do you? It may take some effort but it will be worth it in the end, when you turn 16.When i get mad or stress out i go on the.........?

Nothing is wrong with you but if you go to the computer to play games to ease your stress, I don't believe that's the correct outlet. Instead of playing games try opening up Microsoft word or whatever and write why you are mad or stressed out. It will help you talk about things and get them off your mind. Then when you have calmed down go and play with your sister or go and help your Mom get dinner ready.
