I need tips on playing chess against the computer?

I can beat chess titans at level 8 and 9. But when I play other chess programs, the computer beats me during the late middlegame and endgame. The computer creates weakness in my postion and the computer always seems to defend against my threats.The computer also doesn't make mistakes that I can take advantage of. I need tips and other information that may help me play better against the computer.I need tips on playing chess against the computer?

Actually, your experience is teaching you that Chess Titans is not a very strong program. Other chess playing programs are much more difficult to beat. In fact the stronger computer programs will "easily" defeat experts and masters.



If you work hard at studying chess you will improve ... that is the only tip I can give you.

eg making unusual flank opening moves.
